Per Sé contractors are compensated at a competitive market rate. Additionally, individualized benefits packages may be offered to each contractor based on variables, including client and project. If available, benefits packages will be specified in start-up paperwork, and generally include some or all of the following:

Payroll is processed weekly. Employees are paid on Friday for the previous work week (Monday—Sunday).
